At the start of last year, I resolved to myself to eat healthier and get into better shape for my wedding. I joined a barre studio using a coupon deal and started eating a low-carb diet. While I found great alternatives for most carb-laden food, I have a sweet tooth and wanted to finish my evenings with a dessert.
